All of the below recipes start with whole foods and end with a dish that tastes amazing in a minimal amount of time. Having said that, some dishes will be well worth the extra effort, and I encourage you to take the plunge and try them out. When creating healthful food ideas for the masses, I avoid the use of grains, dairy, legumes, refined sugars, and prepackaged items. This leaves ingredients such as pastured meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, with a touch of unrefined sugars.

Will these recipes always be accessible? They sound awesome! Thank you!!

Also I noticed you advised fish oils. I burp them up and don’t like that. Is there some other way to take them without that?

    • These recipes are always up! Fish oil burps are because of proteins in the final product. If you get one that doesn’t have those, then fish burps are really a thing. I personally love the one I take because it doesn’t have any fish burps, and it’s lemon flavored, so I bite the capsule open because I like it so much!
